Information required for taking over an existing PAYE scheme
Company Information
- Full company name
- PAYE reference number
- Tax district
- Pay date and pay frequency
- BACS number if applicable
- Points of contact for sending and receiving payroll changes/information.
Employee Details as at Month 1
- Full names and addresses
- Start dates and dates of birth
- NI numbers and NI codes
- Tax Code operated in Month 12/Week 52 plus any notices of coding for the new tax year
- Allocation of employees between divisions and departments, if applicable
- Annual salaries, hourly rates and overtime rates
- Contracted number of hours per week, if applicable
- Details of pension contributions (detailing if they are gross or net deductions)
- Details of any standard loans and deductions
- Details of student loans, SMP. SSP and SPP.
