Information required to take over an existing PAYE scheme part way through the tax year

Company Information

  1. Full company name
  2. PAYE reference number
  3. Tax district
  4. Pay date and pay frequency
  5. BACS number if applicable
  6. Points of contact for sending and receiving payroll changes/information.
       

Details for all employees, including leavers, during the current tax year.

  1. Full names and addresses
  2. Employee numbers
  3. Start dates and dates of birth
  4. NI numbers and NI codes
  5. Tax Code operated in the final pay period
  6. Allocation of employees between divisions and departments
  7. Annual salaries, hourly rates, weekend rates and overtime rates
  8. Details of pension contributions (detailing if they are gross or net deductions)
  9. Details of any standard loans and deductions, if applicable
  10. Details of student loans and maternity pay, paternity pay and statutory sick pay
  11. Year to date summary detailing tax, employers and employees National Insurance to include the details of lower earnings limit, earnings threshold etc. for all employees including any leavers since Month 1
  12. Total of tax and National Insurance paid over to the Revenue in respect of the current tax year
  13. Copies of the previous month's payslips
  14. P35 printout for the current tax year.
