I cannot recommend Pay Check highly enough. Previously I was apprehensive of outsourcing, believing we would loose control.  I was conscious that our payroll of 320 staff involves a high percentage of monthly changes and believed that it could only be done in 'house'.

In reality Pay Check have taken away the headache of our payroll. My HR team and I have now been able to concentrate on adding value to the business rather than dealing with the administration and technical aspects associated with payroll.

Sophie and Victoria have provided a personnel service from the transition in April 2004 to supporting us fully by attending regular meetings with our Store Management Team and providing bespoke training.

More recently while transferring to a new HR software provider, Pay Check’s support was something we knew we could rely on.  On a day-to-day basis the Pay Check team have always provided assistance with issues and queries no matter how big or small.

Always having access to people who understand your business has been vital.  We have not lost control, in fact we now feel more in control and confident that payroll is not something that we have to worry about at all.

We transferred our payroll of 200 staff to Pay Check in February 2006 and can highly recommend their service.

Outsourcing was very much a positive decision, as, with a limited number of staff with payroll experience internally, we were very vulnerable to staff sickness or absence.

We have found their service to be polite, friendly and very responsive. They have turned around last minute changes quickly, being very flexible and hand's on in their approach.

It is a great relief to know that they have immense experience with all payroll issues and will deal with all changes in legislation and complete year end returns automatically with limited input needed from by ourselves.
