Applying for a BACS number
If you have recently applied for a BACS number it is your responsibility to follow this up with your bank. You will receive the notification of your BACS user number by email. On receipt of this please forward to Pay Check together with the company bank details. Without a BACS number Pay Check cannot transfer the salaries and PAYE (additional service) and it will be your responsibility to make alternative payment arrangements.
If you are interested in setting up as a BACS user please confirm who you bank with and we will email you the appropriate application form. It takes a minimum of 3 weeks for the bank to set up the facility and your bank will charge a minimum of £75.00 setup fee.
Pay Check can pay over the monthly PAYE by BACS for an additional charge of £15.00 per month. If you are interested please email tja@paycheck.co.uk
